The below is a guide to how The Bon’s custom-created wedding consultation service works. Please keep in mind that it is ideal that we start this process about 6 months out from your wedding date.

*Please note that the custom-created wedding service requires a minimum spend of $2000 excl gst and delivery.

STEP ONe

To start the conversation, complete the form below as the first step.

I’ll get back to you confirm our availability within 7 business days.

And remember, it’s all about the details, darling! Don’t have those figured out yet? Don’t sweat it. If you’re feeling lost or overwhelmed, I offer an extended creative consultation process to help you brainstorm and arrive at your dream result..

STEP two

Once I’ve been in touch to confirm availability for your date, we’ll ask you for more details about your event or project.

The Bon is built on the idea that all the most beautiful things flow from intention. We discuss what mood and feeling you’re wanting to create for yourself and your guests, your inspiration and vision, as well as the venue and logistics.

We can always talk about changes or additions to your design at a later stage, but please keep in mind that this will be subject to additional charges where needed.

STEP three

After receiving your design details, I will get to work on creating your initial quote which will be delivered to you within 7 business days.

The quote will include a breakdown of costings, following the details of your creative brief from your consultation process. You then secure your date with a deposit within 14 business days.

STEP four

I’ll reach out to confirm final details about 6 weeks ahead of your wedding/ event/ project.

Following final confirmation, I’ll be prepping and co-orindating all the agreed elements and logistics behind the scenes. This lets you relax and just enjoy along the way. 

We will discuss ahead of time what level of communication you would like on the day. You are welcome to nominate someone in your place. If that means quick texts to you or a trusted task master, brilliant!  If that means face to face time to run through things like how to pin a button hold or hold a bouquet, also brilliant. The point is to give you the peace of mind you need to  relax and feel all the joy in the moment.

STEP five

The day has finally arrived! While you are getting ready, spending time with your friends and family & thoroughly enjoying yourself, I’ll be in the background completing final quality checks, delivering your florals to your venue(s), setting up your ceremony and  reception, communicating with the venue & ensuring any last minute floral details are taken care of.

After the conclusion of your event, I will return to pack down any remaining florals (or arrange a floral buffet service for your guests) depending on your brief and quote.
